Jon Hyman is a nationally recognized employment lawyer. His legal practice provides proactive and results-driven solutions to employers’ workforce problems. His recent victories include defeating a wage and hour class action, obtaining summary judgment in a discrimination and retaliation lawsuit, prevailing in a jury trial on breach of a non-competition agreement, and achieving the decertification of a labor union.Complementing his litigation practice, Jon also advise serve as an “outside in-house counsel” role for businesses.
