Welcome again to the Wellness Wednesday Roundup! Lawyers lead stressful lives, so every week we'll try to bring you articles from around the web with tips to help keep your mind and body healthy.
First up, the Florida Bar has a blog series on mindfulness by Scott Rogers of University of Miami School of Law. The series promises "insights and tips from lawyers and judges who have been practicing mindfulness for a long time," so check that out.
Next, the Oregon State Bar has released a free on-demand video titled "Lawyer Wellness: How Mental Health and Substance Use Can Affect Our Profession." There's also an MP3 audio version, and eligible attorneys can earn CLE credit, so be sure to check that out.
Lastly, this blog post from Bon Appetit discusses so-called "superfoods" -- the history and definition of the term, and some info on whether or not they're all their cracked up to be. (Spoiler alert: They're good for you... but not magic.)
