Rosen: E-mail marketing- I'm a huge fan of e-mail marketing. Not in the way that you might think; I'm not interested in spamming people and sending out unsolicited e-mail. That's even a violation of the law if done improperly. What I am a huge fan of and it works tremendously for us at our firm website at Rosen.com, is auto-responder sequences. Where somebody comes to our site, signs up for the sequence, and then we e-mail them valuable information over time, and allow them to get to know us.

And those folks often turn into valuable customers and so we have actually a two year long automated sequence and MailChimp is in the business of making it really easy for you to do that. And so if you're not doing something like that now, you ought to be. And you can use these sequences in lots of different ways. You can use them for referral sources, you can use them for training employees. Really, imagination is the only limit on the things you can do with an auto-responder.
