It would not be unusual if the request to tell them about your company came up in an interview. The key is to be able to tell them about it in an effective way. Here are three aspects to spotlight when telling your law firm’s story according to Management Issues:

1. The Big Picture:

The Macro. Your mission, purpose, values, philosophy, etc.

2. The Machinery:

The nuts & bolts. What you do and how you deliver. Your product range, locations, prices, processes, etc.

3. The Library:

The Micro. Customer service stories, personal experiences, relevant news items, factoids, pieces of research.
