As social media becomes more crucial to businesses of all sizes, issues of ownership and value of content will continue to arise. In its decision in Eagle v. Morgan, the E.D. of Pennsylvania court found for Dr. Eagle on principle, but awarded no damages - do you agree that there's no monetary value for a social media presence?
