After the release of the new Lexis Advance®  we thought we'd address some of our top customer questions. Here are some of the aspects of Lexis Advance® that received attention.

Responsive Design

Customers are used to our Lexis Advance pre-search filter screens being overlays that cover part of the existing screen until they make a selection. The responsive rendering behavior will simply expand the page to allow for filters, so the rest of the page will be pushed down and fully available.

The “Jump To” Feature

When viewing a document listed in your search results, you need to first click on “Jump to” [highlighted below in green] to reveal the navigate option [highlighted below in blue].

Helpful Tip: Get step-by-step instructions about how to use the Document & Navigation tools or watch this 2-minute video.

Documents Retrieved

The new product interface no longer displays how many overall documents were retrieved in the content type you’re looking at; however, if you look the top of the web browser, it will tell you how many docs were retrieved.
