Product Training & Tips
It has been my observation that some people don't like having my type notes during a client meeting. I became accustomed to taking notes on a laptop while working as a journalist (doing telephone interviews), so it seemed a natural thing to me to take notes at client conferences on my laptop too. This just did not go over well with some of my older clients. They clearly because more relaxed when I instead picked up a pen (switching during the conference). Has this been the experience of anyone else?
