Here is an interesting blog post from The Rainmaker Institute that describes ways in which a law firm can ensure that a clients experience with a law firm is unique and rewarding. In the post, the author mentions how most firms talk about "caring for their clients" but really don't do much to differentiate themselves from other firms in enhancing the client experience.
